Today is a special day for me ðŸĪ—

5 years (California) sober + of healthy eating ðŸē!

I'm appreciating western therapy that brought me ~20% of the way to where I am. And I'm super grateful for the mindfulness practices 🧘ðŸŧ + plants ðŸŒŋ that have carried me the remaining 80% 🙏ðŸŧ.

I can't wait to see what's in store for these next 5 years ðŸĪŠ.
