How sessions go…

After beginning each meeting with a brief guided meditation, I’ll inquire into what's present for you — maybe it’s raising money, hiring or separating with an employee, stress or anxiety, a challenge with a relationship, a sense of emptiness professionally or inside, an uneasy sensation in the gut, tension in the upper-body, or so on. As we dive in, you’ll generally come to: (1) see unconscious commitment rooted in past conditioning; (2) feel accompanying anger, sadness, and/or fear; (3) accept unwholesome action by uncovering the basic need underneath; and (4) shift from habit that no longer serves into skillful action. You’ll learn to live in integrity with yourself and communicate with others from that place. This brings great contentment and ease, precursors to true success 💡.

With trust in the process, you’ll gradually reconnect with the body, make healthy commitments, mature emotionally, take 100% responsibility, feed creativity, and thrive in appreciation. This leads to authenticity and flow, and it increases feelings of peace, love, joy, and meaning. You’ll realize that this development of the heart is true success, and then, all the worldly things naturally follow.

As I get to know you, I’ll pick up on patterns to weave into the fold. Over time, you’ll view your shadow with compassion, transform suffering into happiness, and settle into the ever-changing, interconnected nature of our existence.

How engagements look…

I generally meet with leaders weekly over Zoom and provide chat support in-between our 45-minute sessions — I’m also available in-person in the San Fransisco Bay area. You receive a personalized coaching document with follow-up notes and action items, can bring others to appointments, and we start our journey together with a holistic health and wellness survey + recommendations and an optional 360° feedback review cycle for corporate clients.

A registered member of the global .eco community, The Sati Leadership Group is committed to the wellbeing of all, especially our planet.
